Hysbysiad Preifatrwydd Cyswllt Ffermio

Nod Cyswllt Ffermio yw cyflwyno rhaglen arloesol i gefnogi'r diwydiant ffermio i sicrhau mwy o gynaliadwyedd, gwell cystadleurwydd a gwell perfformiad amgylcheddol i fusnesau ffermio yn unol ag amcanion rheoli tir yn gynaliadwy. Nod y rhaglen yw meithrin trosglwyddo gwybodaeth ac arloesedd mewn amaethyddiaeth ac ardaloedd gwledig. 

Bydd y data a gesglir yn cael ei ddefnyddio at ddiben cael mynediad i Blatfform Datblygiad Proffesiynol Parhaus (DPP) Cyswllt Ffermio. Bydd y platfform canolog yn fecanwaith ar gyfer anwytho gweithwyr ac isgontractwyr sy'n gweithio ar raglen Cyswllt Ffermio yn effeithlon ac yn gyson. Bydd yn hwyluso'r gwaith o reoli ac olrhain holl ofynion Datblygiad Proffesiynol Parhaus (DPP) perthnasol sy'n gysylltiedig â rhwymedigaethau dan gontract y rhaglen.

Llywodraeth Cymru fydd y Rheolydd Data ar gyfer y data personol a roddwch i raglen Cyswllt Ffermio.

Y Proseswyr Data yw Menter a Busnes, sef contractwyr trydydd parti sy'n darparu'r rhaglen Cyswllt Ffermio ar ran Llywodraeth Cymru.

Bydd y data a gesglir yn cael ei ddefnyddio at ddibenion prosesu i gofnodi ac adrodd am weithgarwch yr unigolyn sy’n cymryd rhan drwy'r platform:

O bryd i'w gilydd, bydd Llywodraeth Cymru yn penodi gwerthuswyr ac ymchwilwyr i'n helpu i asesu perfformiad rhaglen Cyswllt Ffermio. Er mwyn gwneud hyn yn effeithiol, bydd Llywodraeth Cymru yn rhannu data personol yn ddiogel gyda'r contractwyr hyn i'w galluogi i gynnal cyfweliadau neu arolygon o gyfranogwyr presennol a chyn-gyfranogwyr fel rhan o'r gwerthusiadau ffurfiol hyn. Efallai y cysylltir â chi i ofyn i chi gymryd rhan mewn gwerthusiad o'ch profiad personol o weithgaredd dysgu. Os cysylltir â chi, bydd pwrpas y cyfweliad neu'r arolwg yn cael ei egluro i chi a byddwch yn cael yr opsiwn i ddweud a ydych am gymryd rhan ai peidio. Bydd contractwyr yn defnyddio'ch manylion at ddibenion cynnal y gwerthusiad yn unig ac yn unol â Rheoliad Diogelu Data Cyffredinol y DU (GDPR). Yna, bydd eich manylion yn cael eu dileu unwaith y bydd y contract gwerthuso wedi'i gwblhau.

Am ba hyd y byddwn yn cadw eich gwybodaeth bersonol?

Byddwn yn cadw eich gwybodaeth bersonol mewn perthynas â'r cofrestriad/cais am 7 mlynedd, ac ar ôl hynny byddwn yn sicrhau ei bod yn cael ei gwaredu'n ddiogel yn unol â Pholisi Cadw a Gwaredu Llywodraeth Cymru.

Disgwylir i raglen Cyswllt Ffermio gael ei hadolygu yn 2025. Os caiff ei disodli gan raglen arall gan Lywodraeth Cymru sy'n darparu gwasanaethau cymorth i'r diwydiant ffermio, byddwn yn parhau i brosesu eich data personol yn y ffordd a sefydlwyd yn yr Hysbysiad Preifatrwydd hwn (lle mae'n briodol gwneud hynny) i'n galluogi i barhau i'ch cefnogi chi a'ch busnes.

Farming Connect Privacy Notice

Introduction/Background

Farming Connect aims to deliver an innovative programme to support the farming industry in delivering greater sustainability, improved competitiveness and improved environmental performance for farming businesses in line with sustainable land management objectives. The programme aims to foster knowledge transfer and innovation in agriculture and rural areas. 

The data collected will be used for the purpose of obtaining access to the Farming Connect Continuous Professional Development Platform (CPD).  The centralised platform will be a mechanism for efficient and consistent induction of employees and subcontractors working on the Farming Connect programme.  It will facilitate the management and tracking of all relevant Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements associated with the programme's contractual obligations.

Welsh Government will be the Data Controller for the personal data you provide to the Farming Connect programme.

The Data Processor is Menter a Busnes, who is a third party contractor, delivering the Farming Connect programme on behalf of Welsh Government.

What is the lawful basis for processing?

The lawful basis for processing the personal data collected is that it is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the exercise of official authority vested in the Welsh Government.

What personal information do we need to process?

We will require your full name and email address to process your registration.

Why do we need to process your personal data?

The data collected will be used for the purpose of processing to record and report the participant activity through the platform:

From time-to-time, Welsh Government will appoint evaluators and researchers to help us assess the performance of the Farming Connect programme. To do this effectively, Welsh Government will share personal data securely with these contractors to allow them to undertake interviews or surveys of current and former participants as part of these formal evaluations. You may be contacted and asked to take part in an evaluation of your personal experience of a learning activity. If you are contacted, the purpose of the interview or survey will be explained to you and you will be given the option to say yes or no to taking part. Contractors will use your details only for the purpose of carrying out the evaluation and in accordance with UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your details will then be deleted once the evaluation contract is complete. 

How long will we keep your personal information?

We will hold your personal information in relation to the registration/application for 7 years, after which time we will ensure that it is securely disposed of in line with the Welsh Government Retention & Disposal Policy.

The Farming Connect programme is due to be reviewed in 2025. If it is replaced by another Welsh Government programme that delivers support services to the farming industry, we will continue to process your personal data in the way established in this Privacy Notice (where it is appropriate to do so) to enable us to continue to support you and your business. 

Your rights:

Under the UK GDPR, you have the following rights:

• To access a copy of your own data; 

• For us to rectify inaccuracies in that data;

• To object to or restrict processing (in certain circumstances);

• For your data to be ‘erased’ (in certain circumstances); and

• To lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) who is our independent regulator for data protection.
